Immomarketing works a variety of clients: individuals, groups of investors, foreign owners and financial institutions.
When we begin working with a new client, we proceed by carrying out a thorough analysis of the project entrusted to us. We start with a complete inspection of the building and familiarize ourselves with the local economy and real estate market. We then establish objectives with the owner, develop appropriate management strategies and establish a budget. Finally, we implement an operational plan.

The properties we manage are located mainly in Montreal, on the South Shore, North Shore, Quebec City and Gatineau. They vary in size and can total 12 up to 400 apartments.
